The menu said “All items cooked to order and can be made gluten free upon request” and our waitress informed us that they have gluten free soy sauce that they use. They didn’t seem incredibly knowledgeable, but did seem to practice safe practices, as I have a very overt reaction to any cross-contamination and felt fine after eating there. I had the Beef Supreme, which was really tasty and the perfect amount of spicy. It was a good sized proportion for a moderate price.
