Great gluten free bun and bread. Everything can be made gluten free except the Mac and cheese and one other item. I think you could b confident with gluten free. The gf bun has seeds on it so you can tell the difference. Friendly and attentive service and reasonable prices. My husband had the cubano sandwich on gf bread which he said was very good. I also avoid dairy which was more difficult. Had the meatloaf and the potatoes came with cheese so the server put in an order for a replacement. Not feeling well so it is probably that there was milk in the meatloaf.

What a find! Found out the chef is Celiac so she takes things seriously. Was informed the ONLY item on their large menu was Mac n cheese. Who would have thought the lounge restaurant on a golf course offered such amazing and accommodating food!!

Amazing. Best tasting restaurant since my diagnosis 2 years ago. The executive chef has celiac disease so he gets it. The waitress was very aware of cross contamination concerns and even suggested separate to go bags for my wife’s glutenous order. I did not get sick and loved this meal

If you are GF and in Fort Wayne, go here!! The GF pizza is so good, makes you feel like you are eating regular pizza! Their fry batter is GF so you can enjoy things like fried pickles and breaded pork tenderloins! Feeling lucky to have this place in my town!

We have been to Rack & Helen’s Social House a couple of times. The first time we went, I Nima tested the sweet fried pickles, their dips, the fried chicken sandwich on a gf bun, some of my husband’s fries and the coleslaw. Everything came back GF! Today we went and got the chips and dip, the Cubano and pizzas for our family with gf crusts. Everything was great, and it’s nice to have an option of traditional American food that’s celiac safe. :)

This is a casual restaurant set on a golf course. My wife, who was diagnosed with Celiac Disease about 10 years ago said the pulled pork sandwich she had was maybe the best GF sandwich she’s had. She usually discards a GF bun as she finds them so disappointing. She loved the bun here though. We were told everything on the menu, except for the Mac ‘n cheese, could be made GF, including the pizzas. Wish we lived closer as we would be regular customers.

They have done gluten free right. The menu is normal-seeming, so it's not feeling "specialty" to those who don't require GF, but the fine print makes it clear that everything except the mac & cheese can be prepared GF. Make sure that you specify GF for your order, but you can order pretty much everything. I have been there with a group, alone, with kids- service and quality are always top-notch, regardless of what time of day or day of the week it is. I have had tacos, pizzas, burgers, the half chicken, and one of the dips. Some of them were a little out of my comfort zone of favorite things to order (although let's be real, with Celiac Disease it's more about what you CAN eat at a restaurant), but they were all amazing. The hardest thing about eating here is actually having to CHOOSE. Most places, I stick with my one safe, trusted menu item, but here, I struggle between ordering something I previously enjoyed or something I haven't had yet. This is a good problem to have!

Food was delicious! Staff was welcoming and friendly. First time in over a year, since being diagnosed celiac, that I felt safe eating a meal out! The head chef is celiac. Big plus was everything was delicious, even by my non-celiac friend and my husband’s opinions! The chef came out to greet us and reassure me that everything on the menu was gluten free(except 1 item) and brought a complimentary appetizer!!! I will definitely make the drive to eat here again!

Can't believe I haven't heard of this restaurant before! So many gluten-free options, including things you almost never find at a restaurant. Dedicated fryer for a variety of fried foods including things like french fries, fried pickles, chicken wings, and hush puppies. Entrees that are tasty even if you're not eating gluten-free, and at least a few desserts, also gluten-free! Hands down the biggest gluten free menu in town and so many tasty options. I can't wait to go back!

The chef here has celiac. The menu is about 95% gluten free! Everything on it is GF except a couple things with asterisks. I had to ask a few times to be sure. The chef came out to talk to us and said the whole kitchen is GF except for one small area they use to make the few menu items with gluten. Food is wonderful! Tried hush puppies for the first time ever. Next time will try fried pickles. We had a Cuban sandwich on bread and an avocado burger with a great bun.
