We have eaten here several times. You can get a sandwich or the soup of the day. There is also a cold case with premade food. I love the Farm Turkey (turkey, apples, arugula, fontina, jam). The gluten free bread is sub-shaped and yummy, not squares from a sack of dry Udi’s. If you ask, they will clean the prep area. This will be time-consuming but worth it (they do bake gluten goods—not at all a dedicated GF space) so tip them accordingly. Nice local business.
