The server (I think it was the owner?) told me they are well aware of Celiac Disease and have a separate area if their kitchen where they prepare their gluten free items. The menu has the gluten free items listed, but it’s important to note that they don’t seem to use a separate fryer, so double check which items are specifically Celiac safe. She was able to point these out with ease, and there were still lots of options.They also have vegan and vegetarian options. I had a burger with GF bun and a delicious garden salad. No reactions from these choices :)
