I read the most recent negative reviews regarding the “new filtration system”. I am a hardcore Raglan Road fan, this is one of my most favorite restaurants so when I read these reviews, I called Raglan to ask. They stated to me that this process is not new. This has been the same filtration system they’ve had. It is NOT new. And they take gluten free and allergies very seriously. They wanted to be more open about their processes and let their customers know but this filtration process is not new. I have Celiac Disease and have never had an issue with Raglan Road.

Would be a 5 star if the fryer was Celiac safe. They have a new filtration system which is not Celiac safe even though they have a GF fryer. Some of the non GF oil ends up in the GF fryer. We were able to find safe options for my Celiac daughter (8) and my husband. I am intolerant as well as our son (6) but not Celiac and we had the GF fish and chips and chicken fingers. Both were amazing! The Celiacs had grilled chicken and risotto which were both great. Disappointed though that they didn’t have a Celiac safe fryer anymore. But the food was wonderful! We all loved our meals. Kids are everything! They were up front about the fryer which we appreciated. They did say that “no one has ever gotten sick from our fryer” according to the manager. I made sure to point out the find me gluten free reviews where people did get sick. My daughter and husband get very sick from any tiny amount of gluten within an hour. So far so good! We would happily come back again due to their up front honestly with us which is far more than we get from elsewhere. The only reason for 4 stars is that we expected a safe fryer coming here but it was so much better than most other restaurants!

If you have Celiac, beware as they use the same filtration system for their fryers. Our daughter got extremely ill right before heading to the airport. The server did not mention anything, but after speaking for the GM, all servers should let you know.

Chose Raglan Road because of other reviews and staffs’ assurance of dedicated fryers, etc. My daughter had chicken off the kids menu and enjoyed it, until an hour later when the typical symptoms of contamination stopped us short on vacation. I get there’s never a guarantee, but we do our due diligence when choosing where to dine out. After calling, the manager explained the fryer oil goes through a shared filtration system, which was news to us and not mentioned by our server... will have to add this to our list of questions to ask the restaurant when trying to find a celiac-friendly establishment. Ugh.

Love this place and will go back! The waitress was so wonderful and let me know that 80% of the menu could be made gluten free. I had the fish and chips and loved every bite since I never get them any place else. I did not get sick and will recommend to everyone.

Celiacs beware - I ordered the GF onion rings after amazing reviews in this app and in the GF Disney Facebook group. They came out and I tested with my Nima Sensor, came back with gluten found. The manager came over and told me it’s not the first time Nima’s find gluten. He said the onion was coated with rice flour and sparkling wine. there is a dedicated fryer but he did say the oil filtration system is shared for all the fryers. He was under the impression that the filtration would remove gluten, not sure I agree. Be diligent if you choose to eat here.

Staff was very knowledgable about gluten & had recommendations for how to make most of the dishes GF. It always worries me when there isn't a separate menu. Went with the OMG Burger with honey mustard (as BBQ sauce is made with whiskey). Also had delicious onion rings to die for. Was wondering if I could just eat onion rings for "dinner" ;)

Sat at he bar. Mike the bartender was awesome. Had a fried scallop app that was to die for. Scallops cooked perfectly, served with a sweet chili sauce and a lime aioli (mayo based) sauce thing. Then shared an order of fish & chips... also yummy! I did not get sick. At. All. And I am highly sensitive. Highly recommend!!

Do not order the fish and chips. I was there tonight and the fish tested positive for gluten on my Nima 2x. After speaking with the manager, he made me another order in a different kitchen and it came back positive again for gluten. This leads me to believe it’s the batter. I tested the chips which came back fine as they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. Supposedly, it’s a dedicated fryer for the fish as well but I don’t believe they are cooked in the same fryer. I gave them a 3 because the service was 100%. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I got a safe meal. He personally handled my order and the waitress was super careful too. They went above and beyond. I was finally able to eat a burger with fries.

Ordered a burger and fries, made sure to tell them multiple times I have Celiac. Food came out not gluten free, then was advised that they would get new food right out and they put the burger from the first and put on the gluten free bun. I noticed right away and called the manager over. The manager was AMAZING he did a temperature test and confirmed and was so apologetic. I finally allowed them to make me truffle fries and onion rings and they were great. I know things happen but would have been better waiting rather than rushing food that’s cross contaminated.

OK, from a pure gluten-free perspective, they seem to have their act together. However, the food itself was good but not amazing. I think really more a place to go if you like the Irish music and you want to drink. For the money I would probably go somewhere else in terms of sophistication of the food

Waiter immediately inquired about allergies at our table and then proceeded to go through the dinner and drink menu, outlining what would be safe to eat which was most everything! I had fish and chips. No reactions means the meal was safe! Will undoubtedly return when back in Orlando!

Waitress was awesome. No gf menu but 85% of the menu is or can be made gluten free. The waitress knew everything on every meal that contained gluten and how everything could be modified. The meals came out with allergy alert sticks on them and the food runners made sure to say gluten free when they handed us our food, which was reassuring. There were some ciders and Redbridge on the menu and two desserts that we're gf.

If you’re ever in the Orlando, FL area RUN to Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs. Last night I had the most amazing local cider (strawberry lime), onion rings, fries, and a big juicy burger with a delicious bun. The restaurant is amazing! The first thing the server asked is if anyone at the table had food allergies. Almost everything on their menu can be made gluten free and they have lots of options if you can’t have other things (dairy, soy, etc). They use rice flour for their fried foods and have a dedicated fryer. They also use different colored dishes and label as an allergy meal so there isn’t cross contamination and to avoid the wrong food being delivered to a table. Our sever brought us a brand new, never before opened bottle of ketchup without me having to ask and asked if it would be ok to deliver the complimentary bread to my husband in case I couldn’t have that. I gave my husband one of my onion rings and even he said they were some of the best ones he’s ever had. I will be dreaming about them until our next visit to Orlando! Lol. They also have live Irish dancing so it’s dinner and a show.

I mentioned to the waiter that I'm GF and he pointed out all the GF options on the menu. I went with the Fish and chips subbing in the onions since those are so hard to find GF. The onion rings were amazing! My husband who is not GF finished off my dinner. I was also impressed they brought a sealed ketchup bottle to the table so there was no contamination. Add the love entertainment and it was a great dinner out!
