Review of RailHead Smokehouse Barbeque

This review is actually for the Railhead near Montgomery & I-30, which I think is owned by the same people. I'd love to know if the person who reviewed Railhead a year ago has had better experiences, or if she's the reason our experience was so good.

The food is good. When we were there the first week of May 2018, as soon as my mom told the guy taking her order that she has celiac and asked what she could eat, he told her everything but the bread is GF. He took his gloves off, washed his hands, and put on new gloves without being asked to. So, don't know if all employees understand how serious cross-contamination can be or if we got lucky. But it sure was good to see.
