Review of RailHead Smokehouse Barbeque

If you want good Texas BBQ, celiacs can eat here, but you need to be careful. They have a list of everything you can NOT have, which is annoying. But at least it helps with a little work. They include condiments such as mustard and shredded cheese on the list of NOT gluten free foods, so someone must be paying attention to cross contamination. Unfortunately, they don't list French fries on the list of gluten containing foods, but they do NOT have a dedicated dryer. So it's a little hard to trust the menu. Ask questions, watch your food being prepped. Make sure they change gloves and utensils. Some employees don't seem knowledgeable at all. We still eat here because it's good, but we always have to go through a process to make sure my son is safe.
