Rainbow Delights

Great find! When I asked about gluten-free, Patrick came to the window and immediately started explaining the precautions they take for gluten-free customers. He said the owner has Celiac, so they are well educated on how to make sure their food is safe. They use the high-quality Schar Ciabatta rolls for burgers.

He apologized that our food was slightly delayed; turns out they didn't have any corn on the cob, so they had to go pick some from their field behind the building. Talk about fresh!

Everything was delicious. The only downside is that they're seasonal, so they'll be closing on Columbus Day.

Gluten-free ice cream is marked on the menu and they offer two different kinds of gluten-free cones. They also have allergy alerts on their ice cream that contain or may cross contaminate at the factory.
