They only offer a buffet, however they are happy to make you GF pancakes in the kitchen. They had a good selection for food, omlet station, fresh fruit, and a dedicated gluten free bread area including: English muffins, bread, and waffles that are in a protective area. they also have a dedicated toaster. Overall a good experience, but it was expensive at $35 per adult. I left feeling satisfied and didn't get sick after so that is a win!
