Review of Rainbow Lanai

This place is part of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. It's on the ground floor of the Rainbow Tower. It is a buffet breakfast establishment with a separate gluten free station (food in Perspex cabinet) plus separate toaster. Upon arrival let them know you are coeliac and they will send the restaurant manager over to you to talk you through their options and show you the buffet and GF section. In the cabinet was toast, bagels, waffles, English muffins, sweet muffins). There is also fruit available and an omelet station where you can order fresh eggs. My celiac child ordered gf pancakes each morning and it was delivered to his table within 10 mins of ordering the whole week! Bacon, eggs, omelets, yoghurt, rice, cereals, cheese, ham, condiments etc. Nothing was any trouble for the staff, and they encouraged us to order fresh from the kitchen if we were worried about CC. This place serves breakfast only from 5am-11am. Highly recommended.
