I have eaten at Rainbow many, many times, for 25 years, and it was one of my go-to places for a gluten free breakfast or lunch. I have had good luck there most times, but did get glutened with my breakfast the last time I ate there. I am trying to work up the courage to try again. I don’t know what happened, where or how I got the gluten.

Great food and they knew what celiacs is (when we ordered at the front). Lots of GF options on the menu to pick from.

Ate breakfast here today. They have a seperate toaster for their gluten free bread so no risk of contamination there. Potatoes are grilled and safe for celiacs as well! I had the garden omelet, it was great! Staff was super knowledgeable. Food is marked GF or GFO (gluten free option available). Highly recommend, I’m a super sensitive celiac and had no reaction

They mark your ticket as celiac, & the food was amazing. I had no issues & am craving their bowls that they make all the time now!

When I told them I had celiac disease, they assured me they took precautions to avoid cross contamination. They have a decent selection of gluten free foods that are marked clearly on the menu. I had Sarah’s Sandwich, which was quite good.

So delicious & so many options. Couldn’t decide! Ended up going with the Migos without toast and potatoes, was really eyeing up the French toast though. Great for vegans and gluten-free, the vegan cheese was delicious

This is my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins, they have great service, big portions & a ton of options for all types of dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast or lunch! Also their patio is amazing!

Fabulous EVERYTHING! Gluten free homemade bread, french toast and pancakes! Yummy.
Great lunch spot if you work at CSU! Menu is clearly marked . All of their salad dressings are GF and they’ll bring house made GF bread if you ask. Great brunch options.

The staff was very knowledgeable of not only gluten but also of what had egg and dairy in it. They had multiple options and the food was delicious. I had the tofu scramble with extra potatoes because the gf toast has egg in it. And of course a side of bacon. :) Super friendly people and so far so good!!
Amazing gluten free pancakes! So huge! You will definitely have left overs!

They have many items that are gluten free or can be made gluten free.
So why the one-star? They made me sick. I made it clear to the waitress that I needed gluten free food. She went back and checked on the soup for me. I ordered a turkey melt on gluten free bread and the soup of the day came with it. Another server brought our food out. I usually ask if something is gluten free multiple times. The bread did not look gluten free, it didn't have that crumbly falling apart look. That server said, oh I don't know, and took the plate back to the kitchen. My server was out a few minutes, maybe 10 minutes later. She assured me now the bread was gluten free. She assured me they remade my food. I had missed breakfast, only a banana. So I know they made me sick. I don't care what she said, they didn't remake my sandwich. They made me sick because they were too cheap to fix their mistake safely.
I don't care if the food was good, I don't care if the price was good. I don't like spending a day or so running to the bathroom. This was such bull. I'll never be back. I wish I could get my money back. I wish I could sue for the discomfort they caused me.

Very quaint restaurant with a nice vegetarian menu. The waitress didn't seem very knowledgeable about Celiac disease, so we ordered items that had very little cross contamination risk. The menu was well labeled, and the food was good.

Nice gf choices and variety. Gf toast is indelible, skip it (just terrible!). Slow service and not worth price.
GF, vegan and organic choices. Knowledgable staff and great breakfast! Yummy GF breakfast potatoes.
