Absolutely delicious roasted sweet potato salad. Also had a great selection of gluten free pastries and muffins which were amazing. Definitely recommend!

I'll start by acknowledging that this restaurant clearly states that they are not an allergy kitchen. Having said that, they were also not friendly or willing to even try and make it a safe place for me to eat. I chose this restaurant while passing through on a trip because of the other reviews here. I, unfortunately, did not have the same positive experience that others had. There are items identified as GF in the bakery case and on the specials menu, but when I asked about making any kind of sandwich in a safe way, they told me that everything would be cross-contaminated. The only thing they could offer was a salad and I ended up getting an $8 cup of soup that just happened to be GF. (I wanted something warm on a cool day.) My overall experience was that the management here was unwilling to take even basic precautions lile making a sandwich on a piece of foil or switching gloves like many other establshments do to accommodate a gluten allergy. If you would like to avoid contamination and have some menu options, I do not recommend this cafe. One last note: the person I believe to be the manager made a point of recommending another restaurant in town called Nourish and implied that I should have gone there instead. We visited on a Tuesday for lunch and Nourish was closed until Thursday for dinner. Overall, I felt like I was an inconvenience because of my allergy. .

GF options but no gf menu. They caution it’s not a dedicated gf facility and cross contamination is possible. They have gf pastries, salads, gf bread (just ask them to wipe down the panini maker first). Cute café.

Excellent gluten free options in their pastry case daily, I used to work here and can confirm they take precautions and treat gf seriously if you ask questions while you’re ordering! Their gf baked goods are so good I bring them to non gf people and they can’t tell the difference. A must stop for me every time I’m in town.

This place is wonderful and a great find for the area. I ate here several times and the food was always awesome. The coffee too. They have rotating GF pastries, I had the frangipane and devil's food cake which were both impressive. They also have cinnamon rolls and muffins. However there is a note on the menu that says *we are not an allergen kitchen* so I don't know if it would be a good place if you have celiac. I'm just sensitive to gluten.
