I get the “naked” tenders, no toast extra fries.

IBS--Gluten Sensitive. Had their Naked chicken strips, fries, and sauce for two evenings in a row (while out of town) and I felt fine. Love their chicken. Skipped the bread of course.
Brought my family of 5 for GF dinner to Las Vegas Centennial location and was informed that our options for GF was the honey mustard sauce, another sauce, the lemonade and the iced tea.
No
They prepare something called "naked" chicken fingers for me and it's still fried in oil but there is no batter! Also, the sauce I believe it gluten free and it is delicious
The good: they have naked tenders you can order and they are very good.
The bad: no dedicated fryer for chicken or fries
Staff not knowledgeable at all about GF.

Edit: never mind, they can't do GF in the fry frier now. I am so sad!!
They were SO helpful. They have a dedicated GF fryer (for fries), and were able to fry my chicken "naked bird" style in the dedicated fryer.
They warned that crumbs or flour could have fallen in the fryer, but that they do not fry gluten containing items in there. They were so helpful in making sure I was able to eat there, and I enjoyed Canes for the first time since my diagnosis. The drinks, canes sauce, fries, and coleslaw are gluten free.

Super accommodating and made me feel completely safe! I got a 3 finger combo as the naked bird and subbed out my toast for extra fries. I asked them to change their gloves and the naked birds get fried in the designated fry frier and the manager took care of my order and hand delivered it! No symptoms or reactions!

All chicken is fried in the same fryer as the breaded chicken. No gluten free options.

I have NO IDEA what that other review is talking about. DO NOT COME HERE. I just had the most embarrassing experience. Informed the cashier I was extremely allergic to gluten and wanted the naked bird combo and he was understanding. Got my food, giant crumb of fried chicken and two giant pieces of bread. When I came back to the front to be like "hey this isn't right" the girl in the kitchen got pissy. Sorry i don't feel like dying today dude?! Anyways nobody could comprehend my gluten allergy and were all confused and staring at me and I eventually gave up and asked for a refund. The manager insisted I explain more and then finally he was like "I'll remake everything and make sure there's no cross contamination." So he fixed the issue but as I was leaving and throwing things away I noticed a giant crumb of fried chicken sitting on the bottom of my basket. So RIP my stomach.
