I just got the fries bc I was in a hurry and didn't want the wait but the fries are made in their own fryer! Naked wings I'm not sure about, I did ask and canes sauce is not gf :(

The location on Main in Norman does NOT have a dedicate fryer anymore, so fries and naked fingers are no longer safe.
No
Get the naked wings! They are GF and dairy-free. The sauce & cole slaw are always GF. Most locations have a dedicated fry fryer (ask to be sure). I've been told some locations don't offer naked wings, but every Cane's I've been to has offered them!
Yes
The good: they have naked tenders you can order and they are very good.
The bad: no dedicated fryer for chicken or fries
Staff not knowledgeable at all about GF.

Edit: never mind, they can't do GF in the fry frier now. I am so sad!!
They were SO helpful. They have a dedicated GF fryer (for fries), and were able to fry my chicken "naked bird" style in the dedicated fryer.
They warned that crumbs or flour could have fallen in the fryer, but that they do not fry gluten containing items in there. They were so helpful in making sure I was able to eat there, and I enjoyed Canes for the first time since my diagnosis. The drinks, canes sauce, fries, and coleslaw are gluten free.

Super accommodating and made me feel completely safe! I got a 3 finger combo as the naked bird and subbed out my toast for extra fries. I asked them to change their gloves and the naked birds get fried in the designated fry frier and the manager took care of my order and hand delivered it! No symptoms or reactions!
