I had a great experience eating here! The food was very good and I felt safe eating. I did not fall ill. The service however was disappointing because I received an attitude from the waitress while inquiring about gluten free protocols. Albeit she did check back with the kitchen to make sure my meal would be safely prepared and answered my questions. I believe I ordered from the lunch menu (gluten free was not marked except for the GF ramen noodles substitute.) I am not sure about the dinner/regular menu. I ordered a honey green tea bubble tea (which was very good) and a seafood udon with GF noodles. The noodles and the rest of the dish were spectacular. I enjoyed eating my meal as it was very tasty and perfectly spiced. The seafood tasted fresh. I also inquired about some appetizers and the waitress informed me that those could not be made gluten free. Prices are a bit on the higher side but is normal for the area. I would love to be back here. NO DEDICATED FRYER.
