Raku Sushi

For those who don’t know… TEMPURA is a flour coated and deep fried food (fish, vegetable, etc)

I just wanted to point out that they make a genuine effort to accommodate you when you mention you are allergic to wheat. I have eaten there quite a few times. Bring your own soy sauce though. The last order I placed is what prompted my decision to write a review. I placed an online order and one of the sushi rolls I had a feeling it would have an unlisted tempura ingredient in it. So I left a message attached to that specific dish saying “allergic to wheat”. The extremity nice lady called me and explained that roll indeed had a tempura element to it. They made the roll perfectly without and it was without a doubt the best roll I have ever eaten. The staff are so friendly and kind. I can’t say enough about this place. Ate my dinner which was quite a bit (hadn’t eaten all day) and no gluten reaction at all. I can’t recommend this place enough. Give it a try! Just bring your own gluten free soy sauce.
