They do not have dedicated fryers as mentioned in other reviews. Although there are some options, I wasn’t super impressed.
Overall the food was fine but expensive and not worth the risk of getting sick.
Update: Got sick shortly after writing my review. Be cautious if you are sensitive to contamination.

Ate here today when attending an event at the attached conference center. Dined at about 2:15 PM. The restaurant was not full but the food took over an hour. Food was cold when it arrived. Restaurant was very understaffed. The waitress did indicate that they do have two dedicated fryers for the french fries and they did have lots of gluten-free options on the menu. I got the beyond burger with a gluten-free bun and french fries and coleslaw. My advice would be to skip the gluten-free bun. It was hard as a rock.

The staff are very knowledgeable and even helpful with what items can be gluten-free. My friend with celiac and I had no problems there.
