Server was knowledgeable about what items could be made without soy sauce.

They offer gf noodles & a vegan ramen that can be made without soy sauce. Unfortunately, the pork and egg both have soy but the vegan ramen was very tasty! I added kimchi on top, but you can also add corn and nori.
