This is a hot new place and owned by Michael Mina, so I hoped that they would have some options for GF eaters. I was happy to see that they had gluten-free noodles on the menu. Warning: I asked at the counter if any of the items were free of soy sauce and asked them if wheat was in the soy sauce. The girl I talked to checked with the kitchen and she said that they don't have anything that is gluten-free anymore. They were "tweaking" the menu and a previously-GF ramen was no longer GF. I was with a group of coworkers and she said that there was NOTHING on the entire menu that if could eat, including the salads and rice bowls, due to the soy sauce. My GF coworker who ordered before me asked about allergens and they offered up a ramen dish and took out the egg too. I suspect that the order taker didn't know that what he gave him was NOT GF. It's deceptive and dangerous when a restaurant offers GF noodles on the menu--when all of the dishes have gluten in them anyway! Unsuspecting people will assume everything is GF. Shame on you, Michael Mina.
