Review of Ramen Chops Noodle Bar

I have to rate this place as not very safe since they do touch items on the bar with their gloves after handling the regular ramen noodles so there is potential for cross-contamination. I did originally ask the lady (I'm assuming manager as she seemed to be in charge) about getting ingredients from under the bar (their prepped but yet unused ingredients) and she reiterated that it wasn't necessary as everything is gluten free except the noodles. She had mentioned to the previous group that they were out of the udon noodles so I wrongly assumed that meant only the gluten free noodles were left so I went ahead with my order. Once I finished ordering my meal and started ordering my husband's meal, I asked them what a good replacement was for the udon noodles for the dish he requested and they asked if he needed to be gluten free as well but when I said no they suggested the gluten filled ramen noodles. As I watched them finish my husband's meal, I realized all the potential cross-contamination. If you go here be sure they get all ingredients from below the bar or at least omit the ingredients without serveware that come after the noodles.

My non-Celiac husband said the food was only ok. He says there is much better on Voyager in CoS but it's not gluten free. He's not eager to return here.
