Ramen Head

The GF noodles are cooked in the same pot as the regular noodles so all ramen has boat loads cross contamination. I ate 3 bites and was feeling it before I thought to ask and I'm not particularly sensitive.

I got a rice bowl instead but I've already been contaminated so I don't feel like a review would be worthwhile, but it was pretty good and they said they'd avoid cc on it.

I’ve never eaten there, but I called them as I always do before I try a new restaurant, even one that’s been reported gluten free safe. The hostess went and asked the kitchen if they have truly gluten free meals, not just the noodles. The kitchen said only the noodles are gluten free. They are cooked in a broth that contains gluten.

Most of the menue has gluten free as a option. The food was incredible and the kitchen only uses gluten free soy sauce

Gluten free noodles and other menu option. Never had a reaction from here and there signature Tonkotsu Ramen is delicious.
