Ramen Shifu

Staff was knowledgeable about which options on the menu were GF and which could be made GF too. They offer to replace the noodles in the ramen with GF rice noodles, and customize the ramen broth and toppings so that it's GF. They also offer a GF version of the soy sauce. I also received a GF version of the curry sauce that comes with the fried chicken rice.

The food was delicious. Ended up going there two nights in a row, and had no issues.
