Molti piatti senza glutine, molto disponibili ad adattare il menù alle intolleranze. Attenzione alle contaminazioni massima. Ristorante presente anche sulle guide, molto buono. Sono riusciti a organizzare anche tutto il mio ricevimento del matrimonio gluten free. Super consigliato.
