They take next to no precautions making GF Pizza. Same sauce, same ladle, same toppings, same hands. I took a chance and ate it anyway without a reaction which for me was a pleasant surprise as a Celiac. The pizza was very tasty.
Twice now, the gluten free pizza here has made both myself and my daughter react the way we do when we eat gluten, but has not bothered my husband who is not a celiac. I called to ask if their pizza was prepared in a separate area and they said it is not, so I suspect that there is cross contamination. I have a friend who is gluten sensitive and doesn't have an issue with the pizza, so I would say that it depends on how sensitive that you are. The pizza is tasty if it doesn't make you sick!
