AMAZING!!! Everything about this restaurant was incredible. The food was to die for. We asked about gf and cross contamination. They have a separate dedicated area where they prepare your food. They have separate everything and use new serving ware and wash and change their gloves. I highly recommend this place and we late here the last night. Wish we tried it the first night so we could eat there more.

Ate here a few times as there aren’t a lot of vegetarian gf meals in Disneyland. The employees were very careful to go over my order and make sure they knew exactly what we wanted. They made our cauliflower tacos over at the dessert station with fresh toppings. Felt safe and didn’t react.

i spoke to a server about ordering a gluten free entree and she told me what i could eat. i ended up ordering the fire roasted half chicken, it came with rice, beans, and corn tortillas. it was very good, it also came out with an allergy flag and was given to me by the same person who prepared it. it was very tasty, good flavor and i really enjoyed the corn tortillas. i did have to wait for it to be specially made (about 7 minutes, which felt like an eternity becuz i was hungry).

We spoke to the manager and he knew about cross contamination. He informed us it would take a bit ( who cares we are going to be safe) and then personally handled our four orders of taco trio with rice and beans. He opened all new ingredients away from the main serving station. It was delicious and we all felt fine. So thankful for his care.

Most items are naturally GF but they still have an allergy menu, and one of the cast members came to take my order personally and I saw them prepare a clean space in the kitchen to make my food. They even brought my food out to me when it was done (it's counter service.) This is a good opportunity to say that I never felt like a burden to a single food service worker at Disneyland - every cast member was amazing. I had the Street Taco Trio which was delicious!

Asked for an allergen menu and ordered from a cast member at the window. She was incredibly knowledgeable and suggested substitutions they could do to make other dishes not on the allergy menu gluten free.
Although they have a separate station for allergies with separately-wrapped ingredients, it is much quicker to ask to speak to an allergy specialist(or chef) and ask them to make it in the back.
All in all, a great restaurant with safe customization on delicious food.

They washed hands, changed gloves and made my food in a separate allergy friendly area away from the main kitchen. Seemed to take all precautions against CC that they could. The food is good (I liked the chicken tacos best).

I inquired what was GF (celiac) and was told the trio tacos. I watched them prepare our food in a common kitchen area, and then give us only cauliflower tacos. Immediately felt sick after. This place might be safe if you have your meal made in a dedicated space but is NOT ok if you don't.

Great food, they made it separately. Had the taco trios. Nice and spicy for the chicken, an extra expected plus at Disney. I think this was the best food at Disney for celiacs. Nice patio seating with some shade. Quite good! Didn’t get sick at all.

i explained i had a gluten allergy and they asked if cross contamination was an issue. my food was prepared in a separate area

They were very willing to make my food in a separate area and with a glove change. They were familiar with Cross Contamination issues, and warned me that the chips are fried in the same oil and most likely contaminated. My food was delicious and the portion was very reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in Disneyland and DCA.

Multiple GF options, helpful/knowledgable staff. Takes allergens seriously. I have never gotten sick from eating here. Potato tacos could use more potato, but have great flavor. Would recommend! Easy to see GF options via the Disneyland app, and can always have a manager/chef talk to you if any questions.

We have eaten here dozens of times. I usually get different types of tacos from the gluten-free menu with beans and rice. We have never had a problem. The staff changes gloves and has someone prepare your food for you separately. They take your allergy very serious. The food and service here is always outstanding.

Only one GF option, the Trio of Street Tacos for $13.49. The fountain drinks are $4 without a refill option. The beef was the best of the three fillings, but the shells were dry and small, the rice was adequate, and the beans seemed like they were just poured out of a can. Sorry, Disney, the tacos were a fail for us.
Great gluten free menu. They created my meal in the back using new ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The roasted half chicken with rice, beans, and corn tortilla was great.

Even when busy on a Friday night with super long lines, they changed gloves, got fresh ingredients, and made my food (the trio taco platter) in a safe environment. Didn’t take more than 5-10 mins extra. Also ate some chicken nachos from my son- just asked for the cheese sauce on the side.
Humiliating experience. Said can’t guarantee anything GF. Guest behind us made fun of us and one of the workers chimed in.
Wasn't hungry for a big meal so I went for the kids meal instead. The man helping me was super helpful and when I asked what was in the pineapple slaw and if it was gluten free (the slaw is not listed under the gluten/wheat allergy-friendly section but the ingredients are gluten free) he checked with his supervisor and she confirmed that it was GF and was able to add it to the kids meal. She changed her gloves and I watched as she dished my meal from separate containers in the back away from where the regular meals were being made. Tasty food and great service, but overall my meal was a bit dry.

Lots of gf options, even had a allergy slip they provided for their record purposes
The staff took care of the order and prepared it with care. We had the street tacos. The corn tortillas were dry which left me wanting. But it was good!

Great find in Disneyland! A moderate amount of choices on gluten free menu but I was content. Staff member changed gloves - washed hands and was perfectly happy to help me. Completely separate gluten free food preparation. Would eat here again!

Not too many options but Disney staff are very accommodating and knowledgeable! Ask for an allergy menu and look for the items marked 'For Gluten', meaning for people with a gluten allergy (or celiacs).

Got citrus chicken, beans, and rice, and ended up getting sick 2 hours later. Can't pinpoint what went wrong.I ate at a non peak hour, but that did not help.
Several great options. Talk to a chef. Gf menu. Have tried the fire grilled chicken and chili verde and others. Very good

We ate the chicken, rice and beans. It was very good and we didn't get sick. A chef helped us. Nice to finally be able to eat here with the rest of our family!

We ordered a chicken taco with corn tortilla for my celiac daughter. The man that assembled her taco did so in a separate area to avoid cc. Her taco chicken wasn't flavorful but the rest of our food (GF and not GF) was very tasty.

Citrus fire grilled chicken, rice , beans , corn tortillas, careful about cross contamination, good Mexican meal. Did not get sick

Met with Chef who knew right away what was and what was not cross contaminated. When I shared my concern he said he can make anything I want for my daughter and make sure there is. I cross contamination. She has no pain. We will be back!!! :)

I had the Citrus Fire-Grilled Chicken. Great staff and service. I'm celiac. No reactions and enjoyed the meal.

This is our "go-to" at Disneyland. Everyone from the hostess to the kitchen staff are well versed on GF & the importance of avoiding any cross-contamination. We always inform kitchen staff & the promptly change gloves before assembling her meal. She always gets the roasted chicken with rice & corn tortillas. Delicious & plentiful. More expensive than a burger but it's healthy & abundant & safe.

Ask a staff for an allergy free menu. It has a list of what can be made gluten free. Then a server or chef who knows what that means will come talk to you. The server that helped us get one took our order, made a clean uncontaminated surface, put on new gloves, and made us gluten free street tacos. They were delicious and none of the things I ate at Disney made me sick at ALL!! This one in particular had a really nice variety of gluten free.
Yes
The veggie taco salad with gluten free options is very tasty. It is the same as the Cucco Cucamonga grill at California Adventure. While some of the help is clueless as to what gluten free is, there was always someone around that was available to help the confused server. We ordered the salad with no dairy as well with no reactions.
