Insanely expensive small portions of ‘decent’ food. $3 for a cheddar biscuit smaller than my palm. The gluten free bread is absolutely disgusting. They say it’s homemade because there’s no gluten free bread at the store—LIES. I asked why it was so tiny and brown, and she said, “That’s just what gluten free bread looks like.” LIES AGAIN. They do, however, have some really amazing food! The puppy chow is TO DIE FOR. The potato leek soup is incredible as well. Unfortunately the place is not open very often—I’m a kid so I can really only eat out on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but they’re not open on Sundays and the days they are open on they’re not open past around six o’clock. The owner also often takes long vacations without warning, so CALL BEFORE YOU GO. Also, if you see the open sign in the window, THIS DOES NOT MEAN IT’S OPEN. This is up all the time. The chocolate cake is amazing, but me and my little brother (who is ten by the way), cannot handle the HEAVY amount of fudgey sugar, and usually end up throwing most of it away. Most of the desserts are very good, but with excessive amounts of sugar. Most of the meals are not good, but the ones that are amazing!
