The server and chef were knowledgeable regarding gluten allergy. I had the scallop plate and didn’t have a reaction. The dish lacked flavor, the rice was undercooked and the scallops where not cleaned (sandy), so I wouldn’t go back because the dish was not worth the high price tag, but they do know how to prepare gluten free dishes.
