Review of Rapid Ray's

I was thrilled to find a restaurant that totally fit the bill for a quick dinner. It is great that Rapid Ray's has made the effort to provide nice soft GF rolls. My burger was very tasty. However, you can watch food preparation here and there is really no way for the kitchen staff to avoid contamination. From the spatula that puts the burger patties on a roll to the condiments being added, there is no separation from gluten. Despite this, and totally against my better judgement, I still ate the burger and ended up reacting to gluten.
