I am intolerant so usually don't have issues with things like a shared fryer, etc. but I would NOT advise anyone with an allergy/celiac to come here. I was adamant and asked many detailed questions about the ingredients and the menu items and they right off the bat served me a dish with normal soy sauce and I got sick. The staff is not knowledgeable and the waitress said that the kitchen "wasn't paying attention" then asked if I wanted to see the label for the sauce they used in the ponzu (I've only ever had gf ponzu in restaurants) but claimed she didn't think gluten was in what I ate.
