so many gluten free options!! i got the 6th street smash burger and it was delicious. our waitress was very knowledgeable and brought out gluten free dinner roles even without needing to ask! my favorite place i ate at while on vacation! i’m not too sure about the cooking situation, but i do believe the gf items were prepared on separate grills/fryers. i would definitely just ask the staff if you are celiac to be sure.

Can make almost anything gluten free! Their gluten free flatbreads are made of sweet potato and we’re crispy and delicious!! Unsure about cross contamination but I’m sure if you expressed concern they would be very understanding
