The server was very knowledgeable when I said I have a gluten allergy - she then asked if I had celiac and offered accommodations or substitutions to 85% of the menu… She said sometimes the fryer had gluten in it depending which day of the week and checked with the kitchen to ensure it was safe. I got red snapper, pork with yuca fries (free from contamination). The menu is small and there’s nothing listed but the server knew all the options off by heart!
