We stayed at the resort and had dinner there one night. The restaurant was very noisy with the singer in the bar heard over most of the restaurant (not necessarily in a good way.) The menu in small print noted that they attempt to accommodate their guests but they are not a gluten free kitchen. There were only two item identified on the menu as gf: the two steaks. The salmon special could be made gf. Their version of a wedge salad could be made gf by removing croutons. The waitress seemed distracted but when I mentioned gf she asked if it was celiac and was confident about my meal choices. The wait staff had issues with our meal. We waited a while for our salad but then the entrees were delivered almost immediately thereafter. They took them away and handled the situation well. It did not seem that my food had been kept warm or reheated. The food was good. My wife said the fish tacos were good. I was concerned about the safety of the kitchen but I was not ill the next morning.
