I recently visited this location after previously eating at the Newcastle location. The food was delicious, almost everything can be made GF. The staff were incredible, possibly the best service I’ve ever had at a burger place. The chicken was amazing, burgers were great. This place is a safe and reliable option with a good variety and option to have alcoholic beverages too!

Staff have been consistently helpful and very aware of need for no cross contamination - food is delicious and the burger buns are wonderful ! Just tried popcorn chicken - yum!! Highly recommend ! Entire menu can be done gluten free (the very few exceptions are the dipping sauces)

They have gluten free buns and even have a gluten free fried crispy chicken alternative!! Tastes great too!

Had an excellent experience here as a coeliac. Staff have a great understanding of coeliac disease, and while the menu isn’t marked (something that should change!) they can tell you which options are gluten free, right down to the sauce. They take measures to reduce cross contamination.

Coeliac safe had it a few times and never been sick they do use separate fryers
