Review of Ratskeller

We came on a busy evening in January, during the post-skiing dinner rush. We were excited to see that they had gluten free options for both their pizzas and their burgers. I ordered a gluten free pizza, but apparently the bartender neglected to note that on the order. My mom had already ordered a gf pizza and hers was delivered to the table first. If I hadn't seen her gf pizza, I wouldn't have known that the one they delivered to me was NOT gluten free. I asked them to re-make it, since I had ordered it gluten free. A few minutes later, they brought the SAME pizza to the table again. On the third attempt, they finally made me a gluten free pizza (with completely different toppings than the ones I had ordered). The final pizza was good, but I just shudder to think what would have happened if I had eaten the first one. I know that the staff was overwhelmed and made an unintentional mistake, but that mistake could have major ramifications for someone with celiac disease.
