Very knowledgeable about celiac and gluten. Offered to make GF fries in their own skillet as to not cross contaminate. The frozen rose is delicious and GF.

The closest place to eat for the Academy Museum which has gluten free food. Limited options, but the chicken was fantastic. Expensive at about $30 per person.
