Understands how serious celiac disease is and will switch meal to being GF when possible. They do have a shared kitchen.

Ray’s is our go-to place for GF food. We are locals. They can make any sandwich or pizza GF. If you tell them you have a severe allergy, they will be very careful. I’ve been eating there for years - pizza only - and have never gotten sick. The Taste of Italy pizza is my favorite. The owner is a great guy!
