RC'S NYC Pizza & Pasta

Amazing GF thick crust pizza!!! It was the fluffiest, lightest crust I have ever had (with or without gluten)! They also have a thinner crust. They use the thick crust for garlic bread & cheese bread. They have gf bread sandwiches and they have GF spaghetti & penne. Lots of options and delish. The owner explained they make the gluten free dough before anything else is made and it’s put away.

The owner spent several minutes walking me through every option and how they keep the food celiac safe. The food is amazing and service is 12/10 good. You could not ask for any to be better.

hands down my favorite pizza spot, very accommodating, knowledgeable about gluten free and takes steps to prevent cc.. traditional or Sicilian crust, pasta, brownie and tres leche. The traditional crust is chewy and so good! The Sicilian crust is very fluffy and light. Can *preorder* gluten free calzone, too. Will use the Sicilian crust to make sandwiches or to dip in spinach artichoke dip. RC (the owner) is a great guy, super friendly and passionate about the food he makes!

Unbelievably good pizza! They have a separate oven and preparation area that is in a different room. The crust is made in-house as a New York style. In my 26 years of being a GF celiac, I have never had pizza that tasted that good and freakishly similar to gluten-containing crust! I was incredibly cautious at first just because of the texture, but I can assure you, 48 hours later, speaking as a sensitive celiac, I am thoroughly convinced that pizza was 100% gluten-free including no cross-contamination and was the best I've ever had. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Greg was who we spoke with mostly, and he did great for us.

I wouldn’t say this is celiac safe. It use to be but I watched them today and they did not separate the gluten free pizza from the regular pizza, even after I asked several times. Plus it took over an hour to make it.

My experience was great! I ordered the god father on gluten free crust as they we out of gf Sicilian. They explained their procedures for gf to me. They start by washing hands and forearms, have a separate sanitized area with separate ingredients for gf so they can avoid cross contamination. The pizza was amazing. This will definitely be my go to pizza place.

Amazing amazing AMAZING pizza. I got the gluten free Sicilian and it was by far the best pizza I’ve ever had. Thick, fluffy, and a yummy taste. They cook it in a different oven.

Good so far and the crust isn’t thin like most places. It has a bit of a weird aftertaste, but honestly with toppings you barely notice

Awesome service and wonderful protocols for avoiding cross contamination! I didn’t love my pizza, but it was nice to have gf thick crust pizza. My son liked his gf spaghetti. They boil the gf noodles in separate water and prepare gf pizza in a separate space with fresh, non contaminated ingredients. I really appreciated the extra care they took!

The gluten free Sicilian crust pizza was amazing! They cleaned off the space to slice it before it came out of the oven. It was nice to have something other than the super thin, gluten free pizza crust.

We enjoyed their pizza! The crust is homemade (prepared in a separate area)and cooked in a deep dish pan to prevent cross contamination. Pricy but good!

great, great, great gf crust. they make it themselves (not purchased elsewhere). nice thick crust too. loved it! will absolutely be adding this to my regular restaurants

We just moved to Spring and found RC's the same night. We got the California pizza on gluten-free dough. It was AWESOME! We will definitely be going back when we need a pizza fix!
