Fantastic salats, gluten free sandwiches and smoothies. Kind and knowledgeable staff. I did not got sick when I atesalad here, and I am very sensitive to gluten.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

The staff was incredibly friendly and tried they damnest to feed me (no GF sandwiches btw). However, at the bottom of my salad bowl was rice drizzled with soy sauce. I did unfortunately get symptoms after eating here. Communication probably had a lot to do with the issue as I speak very little Italian and the owner speaks little English.

The owner cares a lot trying to fulfill your gluten free requirements I have a celiac son and he ate a tuna and mayonese bread sandwich
