Ready Set Coffee carries gluten free/vegan pastries from Philomena Bakeshop (a local gluten free bakery with a dedicated facility) they receive several deliveries throughout the week so their baked goods are always fresh and delicious. They are in a shared cabinet but are separated from the gluten items and all on individual serving platters. They also use Califa Farms barista oat milk!
