The staff were well equipped for feeding people with food allergies, including celiac disease. The food was good. Ask for them to fry your burger, because it looked boiled. That would be the only thing that was weird.

Fantastic gluten free dining experience. No issues with cross contamination, and the buns they use are remarkable. The patio is charming too.
