Rebel Salad

Wonderful find in Thunder Bay! 95% of the menu is gluten free. It’s a “build your own salad” restaurant with endless options. There are only a few gluten items that are clearly marked on the menu. I verified the sauce used to roast the vegetables was gluten free (I read the label). The staff washed their hands and prepared my food separately when asked. Delicious and would 100% recommend!
