Susan will go out of her way to make your dining experience equal to those that can eat gluten. It is delicious every time and doesn’t make you feel like you are missing out. I would definitely recommend going in to see this wonderful lady and her staff and enjoying a great gluten free meal. I have coeliac disease and I have never had an experience where it has not been quite gluten-free. Not here, she is always very specific and very careful.
