I went here for dinner and was given a gluten free menu. That made me feel a bit safer about eating there. The menu states that any sushi can be made gluten free. I ordered the rainbow sushi which is a California roll covered with an assortment of raw fish. The only gluten ingredient is imitation crab meat. I was told that it would be removed. I got my food and checked the first one, no crab. Great! Ate the second one and it tasted differently. Looked at the others and they were full of imitation crab meat. When I talked to the manager he stated, "the crab meat only has a little bit of flour and most people aren't made sick by that." So they made a decision about my body and health. I was sick that same night. This place isn't safe to eat!
Good in that there are several options available. Surety in GF depends on the server you get, but I have noticed education of staff has improved. The two times they brought something i couldn't eat, i noticed and they corrected the problem right away both times. I have never gotten sick here Wish they would include prices on the GF menu, an be aware that though it isn't indicated on the GF menu, some entrees are only available at dinner
