Really loved this place. Gluten free bread was listed, but nothing is specifically marked as GF. I asked what they could make gluten-free, and they let me know immediately things that are only gluten-free vs celiac friendly and asked if I was celiac. She asked about extra modification options, like not toasting the bread in the shared toaster. When I picked it up, the person that made it gave me a rundown of the modifications made to make it safe. I really love the extra steps and communication. Would totally go there regularly if I lived closer!

So excited to find this place on a recent trip to Silverthorne. Tons of gluten free options for food and great coffee! Atmosphere is perfect; the river is right out back. ❤ cross-contamination is possible for toasted items.
