Nothing on their menu is gluten free. The staff is not knowledgeable. My boss had a meal catered and was told that the choo chee tofu and papaya salad are gluten free. I should have vetted this restaurant myself, but I didn’t. I ate the food, and I got glutened. I called later and talked to the clueless staff while they read me their allergen disclaimer, and told me maybe it was cross contaminated when they added salt (2 different people told me this!?) Avoid this place.
