I mentioned to my waiter that I have a "gluten allergy" and she said right away that I should probably not eat here, since there is a lot of cross contamination potential in the kitchen. She recommended People's Organic instead, which is nearby. So I left without ordering anything. Appreciate the waitress being upfront about it though.
Server was knowledgable and indicated that the fryers do have cross-contamination, which is atypical for Red Cow, so beware! Other than that food was great, good options.

I ordered the ultimate burger with a GF bun for pickup and explicit instructions to reduce cross contamination. When I came to pick up, staff gave my order with a gluten bun and didn’t understand cross contamination. After speaking with the manager they kindly made another burger and indicated that the fries are in a separate fried too. FYI orders from the Red Cow at MSP seem to be made with the Deli kitchen and are picked up at the Deli. I have also eaten at the Red Cow in the cities and had no problem with gluten free orders there. My advice if ordering from here is to order in-person. Otherwise great!
