Upon discovering our teenage son is Coeliac we missed having fish and chips for months. Then we discovered RHC and now it’s our regular fish and chip place. They have an oil cooker completely separate for gluten free fish and chips, so no contamination, and the crispy battered fish and crispy chips have never disappointed. Highly recommend.

To start with I was afraid to try another gluten free eatery/restaurant but I am glad I did. I was very happy to be able to eat battered fish and chips without being glutened which can last for weeks. I ordered battered fish and chips gluten free and enjoyed the experience.

This is my go-to for fish and chips. I tell them I am coelic when ordering. Food cooked separately, boxed separately and placed in its own takeaway bag. Plenty of options to choose from. Staff very helpful.

Staff reassured me the chips and fish are cooked separately for coeliacs and gf intolerance. Unfortunately my coeliac son wanted calamari which isn't gluten free but he loved the chips. The fish is the best my husband and I have ever had. The gf chips were put at the bottom of the bag though so risked contamination but I was confident with all being boxed separately it was ok. I will mention this next time as I realised once I got home.

Amazing to have fish and chips by the beach again!! GF batter only $1 and chips already gluten free!

Very knowledgeable staff. The chef came and spoke to me personally and said there was a seperate fryer and they are very careful with cross contamination- they even refer to their gf fish as Coeliac safe fish instead of just ‘gf fish’ the GF battered Cod and chips were to die for!
