Review of Red Leaf Salad Company

This place is kind of like a subway or chipotle with the counter full of items to build a salad or grain bowl. When you walk in there is a sign with the dressings and they are marked GF or not. When I got to the counter I let them know I was GF and they marked it. At the end of the bar, you have the option to have your salad chopped. They asked me if I was comfortable having mine chopped on the surface they chop other salads on even after wiping it down (you can also get it unchopped). At the end of the bar are soups as well and I’m not sure if they change flavors, but when I was there all of the soup options were marked as GF. Note that the online menu does not mark GF items as well as the physical menus in the restaurant.
