Review of Red Lobster

The server seemed fairly knowledgeable of gluten free items and their website does a good job of explaining what is gluten free. I was a little reluctant to go, but I took the chance because my dad wanted to go for his birthday and I did not get sick. I feel even though the server was knowledgeable, the potential for cross-contamination is high. Plus you have to suffer through the rest of your table eating cheddar biscuits.
