Review of Red Lotus

We go to this restaurant regularly and they are very accommodating with regard to my husband's celiac disease. If the waiter doesn't seem familiar with the options, the owner definitely is. Some things cannot be made gluten-free because the sauce is pre-made, otherwise, they're willing to substitute tamari sauce for soy sauce and they are careful about cross-contamination.
